We totally get it. Sometimes the weather looks fine from your end, but we check the radar and surface conditions in your area and ours. Even if it’s not raining at the moment, wet ground, high humidity, or incoming rain can ruin the sealcoat we only reschedule to make sure the job lasts and look right. We’d rather wait a day than waste your time and money.

We recommend waiting at least 24-48 hours after the sealcoating is applied before driving on it. This ensures the sealant has fully cured and will provide optimal protection for your asphalt. For larger projects, we can provide specific guidance on when it’s safe to use the area again.
